TERMS OF SERVICE

By using the LD Essence website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

• Customers must provide accurate personal, delivery and contact information when placing an order.
• Product colours, fabrics and measurements may have minor variations due to lighting, photography and manufacturing.
• All prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
• Customers are responsible for checking product details, size and measurements before ordering.
• LD Essence offers exchange only for eligible change-of-mind purchases. No refunds are provided for change of mind.
• Exchanges must be requested within 2 days of receiving the order and items must be unused, unworn and in original condition with tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for arranging and paying the return courier cost for an exchange. LD Essence will not reimburse this cost.
• Higher-value exchange items require payment of the price difference.
• Customised or altered items may not be eligible for change-of-mind exchange.
• Faulty, damaged or incorrect products will be handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
• LD Essence reserves the right to update these Terms of Service when required.
