• Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location and courier service.
• Customers must provide a correct and complete delivery address and contact details.
• LD Essence is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect addresses, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
• Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive tracking details where available.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel.
• If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional delivery charges may apply.
• Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
• For exchange requests, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to LD Essence.
